• Payments are in USD, typically structured as advance or milestone payments.
• Applicable taxes are subject to Pakistani law.

Upon full payment, clients gain complete ownership of all deliverables unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

All project information remains confidential between both parties.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to fees received for services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida (US) and Pakistan. Any disputes may be resolved under the jurisdiction of either Florida or Pakistani courts, as mutually agreed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use our services means you agree to any updated terms.
